UPDATED Doing a refinance with Andy and Helen. The process was fast and easy, it is truly no cost out of pocket except for prepaid interest. I have referred him to everyone i know who is looking to get a loan. Thank you Andy and team. We were working with a big name lender but had problems with loan cost increasing due to a very incompetent 3rd party, I tried to have it fixed but Customer Service at big company couldn't care less so I was very upset and reached out to Andy Singh at Loan Factory. He was willing to meet in person, listened to my problems, went through different scenarios and amortization tables, then suggested options that he think works best for our situation. Not only did Andy beat the previous rate I got, we have a truly zero cost refinance which I was not 100% sure existed, he helped us improve our credit score to go up 1 more bracket through a plan to get a better rate, and the lender even gave some extra credit at closing cost that we were not expecting. Andy is knowledgable, he works late nights and weekends (I feel bad about bothering him), even though he is super busy, your hundreds of questions will be answered promptly. We are glad our first lender fell through, working with Andy felt a lot more personable and he actually cares about providing great customer service. The rate we got was the best in the market and we did not have to pay a single cent to refinance our house. Thank you Andy.
